Product Description

We offered 42CrMo4 hot rolled forged rings, normally with the heat treatment of Quenched and Tempered, the end use is for slewing ring bearing manufacturing.

The 42CrMo4 could be equivalent with material 4140.

Machining Workshop:
With right CNC machines to support three production line, our machines let us to offer  precision machining service up to 5000mm.
 

Heat Treating Workshop:
Normalizing (N), Quenching and Tempering (Q+T),  N+Q+T are available with right ways, to meet the requirement of different materials of hot rolled ring prodcuts.

With right way of heat treatment to seamless rolled forged ring, we offered products with good performance on technical properties, like hardness, no cracks, good impcat and etc.
