With the heat treatment for SCM440 ring forgings, using anealed, normalized, Quenched and Tempered to meet the requirements of customers. 

Mechanical Properties of SCM440 after Heat treatment:

Tensile Strength:    130 KSI Min  (896 N/mm²)

Yield Strength:        110 KSI Min  (758 N/mm²) 

Elongation:               13%

Red of Area:              30%

With right CNC machines to support three production line, our machines let us to offer  precision machining service up to 5000mm.

Heat Treating Workshop:
With right way of heat treatment to seamless rolled forged ring, we offered products with good performance on technical properties, like hardness, no cracks, good impcat and etc.
