 Rongcheng Producing Seamless Rolled Hot Forged Rings and our two main business:

 

  Small Size Forged Rings for slewing ring bearings, bearings, gears around or below OD: 1600mm,  engineering mechnical use. Using 42CrMo4, S48C, C45, 1045. 

 

  Large Size Forged Rings for slewing ring bearings used for wind turbine industry, such as pitch inner /  outer rings, yaw inner / outer rings, sizes from OD:1900mm to OD:3500mm. Using mainly 42CrMo4.

Large diamter flanges, wind tower flanges are manufacture by our workshop.

Ring Gears, Solid tyre and wheels, Seamless rolled neck rings.

With right CNC machines to support three production line, our machines let us to offer  precision machining service up to 5000mm.

Heat Treating Workshop:
With right way of heat treatment to seamless rolled forged ring, we offered products with good performance on technical properties, like hardness, no cracks, good impcat and etc.
