Rongcheng has three Ring Mill Production Lines:

φ5000mm,φ2500mm, φ1600mm Ring Mill Workshops allow our company to produce and offer a wide ranges of seamless hot rolled rings to the customers in china and all over the world. 

We also have our own heat treatment workshops, which could do the heat treatment of normalizing, quench and tempering for the forged rings. 

And pre-turned / machining service also offered. We have lathes from smaller to the bigger ones allow us to turning raceways, and drilling holes of mountain holes and radial holes.

With right CNC machines to support three production line, our machines let us to offer  precision machining service up to 5000mm.

Heat Treating Workshop:
With right way of heat treatment to seamless rolled forged ring, we offered products with good performance on technical properties, like hardness, no cracks, good impcat and etc.
