Rongcheng Ring Forgings Co., Ltd has been producing rings, blanks and flanges with a diameter of up to 5, 000 mm in Zhangjiagang, only 150KM to China's biggest exporting port Shanghai.

The fields of application for our products are wind turbine tower flange, chemical plants, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering as well as the food industry.

Our wind tower flange is made from forged flanges, with material: S355 K2 + N, S355 NL, Q345E, 50Mn, 16Mn and etc.

Normally we manufacture flanges according to your drawings.

Heat Treating Workshop:
With right way of heat treatment to seamless rolled forged ring, we offered products with good performance on technical properties, like hardness, no cracks, good impcat and etc.
