Outer Ring For Pitch Bearing

Outer rings for the pitch bearings are produced to supporting wind power industry. Rongcheng Ring Forgings have already produced large outer rings and inner rings, with outer diameter up to 4000 mm, exporting to USA and European market.

Material: 42CrMo4V

Heat Treatment Way: Normalizing + Quenched + Tempered

Dimension and Tolerance: according to standards: like ISO2768, ISO111, ASME Y14.5 M and etc.

Ultrasonic Inspection: 100% per ASTM A388 (US market), or EN10228(European Market).

Hardness:  according to customer's requirement to do heat treatment.

Average Grain Size: according to ASME or EN standard.

Test Specimens: offer test report from test specimens, size according to customer's requirement.

Other Test:  test and offer test reports on Impact Value Condition, Tension Value Condition and etc.

Packing: wooden box with anti-rust and anti-water packing.
