Beside Forged Rings after heat treatment of Quenching and Tempering, Rongcheng has own Precision Workshops for more turning and drilling for our customers, including:

Pre-turned of raceways on inner and outer rings

Load Plug Hole Boring with Ra1.6  or finer

Pin Hole drilling with Taper Pins

Mounting Holes and Grease Holes finished drilled with Ra3.2

With right CNC machines to support three production line, our machines let us to offer  precision machining service up to 5000mm.

Heat Treating Workshop:
With right way of heat treatment to seamless rolled forged ring, we offered products with good performance on technical properties, like hardness, no cracks, good impcat and etc.
