Rongcheng Forgings has a long years of experience in manufacturing of forged rings and rotary machinery parts , size from OD 500mm to OD 4000mm.
Begin in 2016, Rongcheng has investment on precise machining of large size rings, 4 CNC vertical turning, two sets of drilling: raceway turning, mounting hole drilling, radial holes and etc.

Seamless Rolled Rings for large standard flanges,large custom flanges,wind tower flanges.
Large diamter flanges, wind tower flanges are manufacture by our workshop.

Machining Workshop:
With right CNC machines to support three production line, our machines let us to offer precision machining service up to 5000mm.
Heat Treating Workshop:
With right way of heat treatment to seamless rolled forged ring, we offered products with good performance on technical properties, like hardness, no cracks, good impcat and etc.
